MOLA is a traditional textile art form, made by the Guna (Kuna, Kuna Yala, Ticuna) ethnic group of Panama and Colombia . Molas are textiles sewn by women. It has complex designs and multiple layers rich on colors using an inverse appliqué technique.” They are my inspiration for this paintings
